Inkijkjes in de Energietransitie

In Amsterdam Noord a new transition towards the future of the city's energy needs is already well underway, and the Buiksloterham district is now an international leader in the energy transition movement. Buildings here are natural gas-free, and many of them get and distribute their energy in alternative and unique ways. Passers-by and residents used to have no visibility on these amazing, transformative features of their neighbourhoods. This project provides various carefully crafted- and placed art installations at the street level, providing virtual insights into the devices and installations behind the walls and basements of the homes in the area that are powering life in Amsterdam Noord. Up and running from June 2024 until the end of 2025.
